WHAT IS OUR RETURNS POLICY? 

We sincerely hope that you are completely satisfied with your purchases. However, in the rare event that you wish to return or cancel any products, please follow these guidelines: 

If You Haven't Received a Dispatch Email:If you have not yet received a dispatch email and wish to cancel your order, please send your cancellation request via email to info@londonpawgalore.com. 

If You Have Received Your Goods:For return requests after you have received your goods, kindly make your request in writing within 14 days of receiving your items.

You can email us at info@londonpawgalore.com. You then have an additional 14 days to return the items to us. Please note that we do not offer free returns at this time. It is your responsibility to ensure that the goods are safely returned to us, so we recommend using a tracked delivery service. All returned goods must be in a resaleable condition, with items unopened, untested, and all labels intact and untampered. Once we receive your returned items, we will inspect them within 3 working days and issue a refund if these conditions are met. Please note that we do not refund postage charges from the original order, nor do we cover the return postage costs. Once we have received the returned goods and found them satisfactory, we will process your refund within 14 days. Please note that sale items and personalized items (such as greetings cards) are non-refundable unless they are faulty.

 

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY ITEM ARRIVES DAMAGED?

At London Paw Galore, we meticulously inspect every item in every order before it leaves our premises. However, in the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or faulty item, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving (signing for) the goods. Kindly inform us in writing at info@londonpawgalore.com and include photographs of the damaged or faulty item.
